Refund Policy

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your LovexLove purchase. If not, you may return or exchange purchased item within 14 days after receiving your order. 

 Please note that you must always contact and notify us by email before sending any returns. You can contact us at hello@lovexlove.fi.

The goods must be shipped back without delay. Always save your receipt. 

 

Please note that return delivery costs are paid by the customer. The original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded. 

 

Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in their original packaging. LovexLove reserves the right to reject any returns showing signs of wear, damage or alterations. 

 

Gift cards can not be returned.

Our online stores terms and conditions apply only to jewelry and accessories that are available for direct purchase online. Cherished wedding dresses do not fall under standard remote selling conditions, as they are typically available for purchase only from our studio. The wedding dresses featured on our website serve as a product catalog rather than an e-commerce listing. To accommodate our international customers, purchases can be arranged exceptionally via a virtual fitting or email communication, in which case we determine the terms on a case-by-case basis. Once the purchase and its terms are agreed upon, we can modify the product settings for a specific wedding dress, allowing payment to be processed through our online store as a payment platform.

 After we have received and accepted the returned item, we will issue a refund following your method of payment.
